Job Overview: Veena Developers is seeking a Mid-Level Presales professional to join our team in Andheri on a full-time basis. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate products and services. Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and guiding potential clients through the presales process. Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system. Utilize Excel to manage and analyze data related to sales leads, client interactions, and market trends. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and effective follow-up. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials as needed. Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably in the real estate industry. Qualification & Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and convey technical information in a clear manner. Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose client requirements and propose appropriate solutions that align with their business goals. Customer-focused mindset to prioritize client satisfaction and cultivate positive relationships. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful presentations to potential customers. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide comprehensive presales support. Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and high-quality documentation and reporting. Time management skills to handle multiple presales activities and meet deadlines efficiently. Experience: 1-2 years of minimum experience. Good Communication – English/ Hindi. Microsoft Excel. About the Company:
