About Us
THE P4 is an initiative of VAACHI Group whose other running company is DSC PUBLIC SCHOOL which is a great successful venture and had achieved an immense height in running DSC franchise centers all over Gujarat from the past 18 years. Now THE P4 is coming up with a new business model in edutech sector which is going to solve the problem of every school business owner as well as the students and their parents. We want to set a benchmark in the field of education and imparting knowledge which should continue for decades.
Role & Responsibilities
• Handling the academics team of Franchise Center’s
• Design the Pre School Academic Curriculum
• Planning of all type of Exam module related to the school
• R & D of all Education Industry, for the update… time to time
• Monitoring & Tracking all school activity
• Monitoring & Tracking the all school are following the rules & using the ERP
• Visit & Training The Related Staff, Franchise Center
• Reporting to the Senior of day by day Progress
• Setting up the process and manage the project
• Responsible for performance of team in content development and other tasks
• Responsible for performance of team
• Responsible for performance of team in academic growth & result
• Responsible for suggesting and executing new ideas
• Use engaging methods and design effective lesson progression, which make students strong in conceptual understanding, application & problem solving
• Responsible for the academic growth of students
Requirements
• Team handling experience
• Have a good academic record in Bachelor’s as well as in the Master’s degree.
• Excellent reasoning and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Technology, use ERP & Social media
• Good experience on Business Development
• Can explain complex concepts in simple ways
• Good command over written English including sentence construction and vocabulary
• 10 years + Experience in Senior level post in Education Industry
