Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement curricula that cater to the diverse needs of young children.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers to promote parental involvement and support.

Manage and maintain resources to ensure efficient delivery of the early years programme.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
\
Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to optimize service delivery.
\
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
\
Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is required.
\
SCQF level 7 qualification is essential.
\
Desirable: previous experience working with young children.
