The Principal is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the school community.

The Principal works closely with teachers, parents, and students to create a positive and inclusive school culture. They are also responsible for implementing and enforcing school policies, as well as evaluating the performance of staff and students.
The Principal plays a key role in fostering a supportive and collaborative school community, and must possess strong communication and leadership skills. They must also have a deep understanding of educational best practices and be committed to promoting academic excellence and student success.

Proficiency in using technology for educational and administrative purposes.
TTC, ECCED, B.ED, NTT, Primary - Preprimary training
Good to Have :
Montessori training
Handled multiple centers
