• Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons in literacy, numeracy, arts, play, and physical development
• Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess each childs progress and maintain records of growth and development
• Recognize and respond to individual learning needs; differentiate instruction
• Collaborate with colleagues to design thematic units and school-wide activities
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians via meetings, reports, or informal updates
• Maintain classroom safety, order, and cleanliness
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
