Currently with 11 diverse venues, and soon to be growing this portfolio, we are looking for a proven Senior General Manager to join the Applejack Family, and oversee the gorgeous, iconic operation of our F&B/Event outlets, which looks a little like;
Premium restaurant and terrace cocktail bar with panoramic views to watch the world go by
Large convertible event and meetings space that caters for a variety of occasions - corporate meetings and leadership days, to award evenings, birthdays, and weddings.
All-day eatery and bar that caters to all
To be considered for the role we are looking for a hospitality professional who has previously held a Senior-level General Manager position within a large multifaceted F&B led venue that caters to a large amount of guests a day. You must be a skilled leader and great communicator who is able to unify teams and deliver operational excellence through your people.
The other qualities and skills we’d like you to have include
Demonstrated ability to stay composed in difficult situations.
Courage in decision-making with management, staff, suppliers, contractors, and patrons.
You’ll have a degree of charisma in your leadership style and be flexible to adapt your style to the needs of those in your team.
Exceptional business and financial acumen to deliver a budget to your team and make it relevant to their everyday KPI’s and duties.
Ensure every department of the P&L showing adverse variances are identified and actions are taken to influence an improved performance
A keen eye for detail and exceptional product knowledge + passion for food and drinks.
