About the Job: We are seeking a Precision Mechanic - Manufacturing Equipment to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, rebuilding, and repairing industrial machines and equipment. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Maintenance and repair work on punch presses, drill presses, lathes, screw machines, milling machines, grinders, pumps, compressors, die-casting machines, hydraulic presses, molding machines, conveyors, rolling mills, mixers, stamping machines, and similar standard or specially designed equipment and auxiliary mechanisms
• Knowledge and use of basic machining skills
• Decision-making skills
• Problem/situation analysis
• Detail oriented
• Manual dexterity
• Knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices
Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical maintenance and repair; high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
