Key Responsibilities
• Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients with an AUM-focused approach
• Advise on a range of financial products: mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, insurance, bonds, and estate planning
• Retain and grow client relationships through superior service and advisory
• Deliver holistic financial planning solutions aligned with client life goals
• Ensure compliance, ethical advisory practices, and long-term relationship building
• Collaborate with investment desks, product teams, and service units to enhance client outcomes
• Meet revenue and AUM targets — with complete ownership of your book
• Represent Bajaj Capital’s values of trust, knowledge, and empowerment
Key Features -:
Experience
6–12 years in wealth management, Investment Advisory or private banking
Book Size Managed
Minimum AUM of ₹15–30 Cr; high potential candidates can bring ₹50+ Cr AUM
Clientele
HNI / UHNI clients with long-term portfolio mindset
Certifications
NISM VA mandatory, CFP/CFA/CA optional but preferred
Sales Style
Advisory-led, long-term relationship builder; not purely transactional
AUM Growth Mandate
Build long-term HNI relationships, not just product pushing
