Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into sales, leveraging your expertise in interior design and customer relationship-building skills.
• Establish strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and housing society managers to generate referrals and expand our network.
• Conduct site visits to newly constructed residential properties to introduce our services and build relationships with potential clients.
• Participate in property exhibitions, society meetings, and industry networking events to promote our brand and establish ourselves as thought leaders in the industry.
• Collaborate with the inside sales & design team to schedule meetings and site visits with potential clients, ensuring seamless communication and a positive client experience.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion progress to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
