We are seeking a skilled and passionate Prep Cook to join our Avli Restaurants team.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, punctuality, and experience working in kitchens. You should be able to follow prep lists and recipes, have a desire to learn culinary techniques, and maintain high culinary standards. Additionally, you should be able to daily set and prepare station according to restaurant guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Set up your station according to our restaurant's guidelines.
Prepare all food items for the daily menu and specials in a sanitary and timely manner.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
Restock items as needed throughout your shift.
Clean and maintain your station while practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
You may also perform other duties as assigned by management.
Schedule:
You must be available to work various hours, days, and shifts, including weekends
