Job Description
Daytime prep and lunch cook. Modest amount of butchering (but mostly just trimming, not deboning etc). Making sauces, marinades, sandwiches and using smoker. Hours 9:00 - 4/6:00 depending on the day. Dishwashing, cleaning and connected tasks will be expected as we are a small team. Don't hesitate if you have questions
