Job Description
Prepare customer artwork for production by checking, fixing, and outputting print-ready files to keep large-format jobs moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect incoming files and ensure print readiness (preflight, errors, specs)
Fix/prepare artwork using Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign
Create layouts/impositions to maximize efficiency and material usage
Output print-ready files and ensure error-free printing
Perform proofing + basic color correction/calibration support
Communicate with customers about file issues and solutions
Coordinate with production teams and update job status in production software
Key Requirements
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills
Experience with RIP workflows; Asanti RIP + Caldera preferred
Strong understanding of large-format printing
Detail-oriented, organized, good communication
Fabric printing prepress = asset
Graphic design experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
