Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create a warm and engaging learning environment that promotes the overall

development of young children.

2. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lessons to facilitate

cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth.

3. Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching

methodologies, including play-based learning.

4. Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes a balance of structured

activities, free play, and rest time.

5. Provide individualized attention and support to each child, addressing their

unique needs and abilities.

6. Collaborate with parents to ensure effective communication and partnership in

supporting the child's development.

7. Monitor and assess the progress of each child, maintaining accurate records

and providing feedback to parents as required.

8. Create a safe and inclusive environment, promoting positive behavior and

conflict resolution skills among children.

+. Collaborate with other pre-primary teachers and staff to plan and organize

events, field trips, and special programs.

10. Stay updated with current trends and best practices in early childhood

education.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Graduation degree in any discipline.

2. Completion of an Ecc.Ed (Early Childhood Care and Education) course or

equivalent certification in early childhood education.

3. 0-3+ years of experience working as a pre-primary teacher or in a similar

capacity.

4. Sound knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate

teaching methodologies

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage

with young children effectively.

6. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology for classroom

use

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
