Full–time
Ø Should be comfortable taking class for small kids.
Ø Should be confident with excellent communication and instructional skills.
Ø Tracking of every child’s progress and reporting to parents.
Ø To create a stress free and friendly learning zone for toddlers.
Ø Setting up the class rooms , organising displays and equipments.
Ø Using a mix of resources to enhance kids exploration of the topics.
Ø Able to encourage kids to learn together.
Ø Ability to teach with personal, social and emotional skills.
Ø Excellent knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practices
Ø To maintain required reports and records for every child in the class.
Ø To ensure that resources are utilized effectively and work towards minimizing wastage.
Ø To play a key role in enhancing the appeal of the class with age appropriate displays, learning resources and fun and enriching activities.
Skills Required –
Ø Freshers can be considered.
Ø Should be versatile and perform different activities like storytelling, dramatics etc to teach kids in different ways.
Ø Should have good knowledge of class room safety.
Ø Should be able to find creative solutions to the problems.
Ø ECCED (Early childhood care & education diploma) holders will be given preference.
