Are you passionate about working for an International school, the first CBSE School in Rajasthan to bring in the Finnish system of Education?

As a Pre-primary/Primary/Middle wing school teacher, you'll develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives. You'll facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with pupils, keeping your learning resources organized and creating a positive learning environment in the classroom.

Your role is to develop and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children, according to age, ability, aptitude in line with CBSE curriculum requirements

You'll assess and record the progress of the student. You'll link student's knowledge to earlier learning and develop ways to encourage it further, challenging and inspiring pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Oversee the teaching and caring for children
• Interact directly with students in the classroom and guide the learning process on a day-to-day basis.
• Your daily tasks will include planning, preparing, communicating with parents, and empowering your team
• Support in curriculum implementation, pedagogy, and parent communication.
• Take responsibility for the progress of a class of the pre-primary/primary/ Middle Wing students
• Organize the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage a positive learning environment
• Meet requirements for the assessment and recording of the student's development
• Coordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum, and support colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area
• Organize and take part in school events, outings and activities, which may take place at weekends or in the evening
• Liaise with colleagues and work flexibly
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

Educational Qualifications and work Experience:
• Appropriate degree and other qualifications as per prescribed CBSE standards.
• Minimum 4 years’ of teaching experience
• Tech Savvy
• Previous experience or knowledge of working with International schools
• Have an established record demonstrating resilience, flexibility, collaboration, and creativity
• Excellent English language skills
• Ability to:
• work with a culturally and linguistically diverse student body.
• Establish and maintain positive, respectful relationships with students, school staff, families and the surrounding community.
• Knowledge of:
• Child safety and protection practices
• Age-appropriate psychological and social/emotional needs of children
• Research-supported instructional techniques.
• A range of assessment strategies and learning activities.

Good to have:
• Knowledge of International curriculums especially Finnish National core, IB, IGCSE is an asset
• Experience as a teacher/ coordinator in an International IB/IGCSE/CBSE school

• Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
