Presales Analyst

I'm hiring Presales Analysts primarily within the Salesforce ecosystem who have experience on the following:

a) Marketing Cloud

b) Commerce Cloud

c) Tableau CRM (TCRM)

d) Heroku

e) Mulesoft

f) Sales Cloud

g) Service Cloud

Your primary responsibilities would be to —

1) Pitch solutions to a customer and explain all the features and benefits of a particular solution or service

2) Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals such that it meets client's requirement

3) Help sales executives during the technical presentations

4) Respond to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers

5) Determine the technical requirement to meet customer goals

To meet the eligibility criteria, you must be —

1) Excellent in communication i.e. speak fluent English and are good at communication your point-of-view.

2) A BTech or Postgraduate in Computer Science.

3) Willing to learn and understand new products and technologies.

4) Determined, but with attitude and etiquettes that fit the position and showcase the values of the company.

5) Experienced on Salesforce or are working as an Analyst (at least 3 years in either or both).

6) Have excellent skills in working with Microsoft Powerpoint and other MS office tools.
