Pre|Sales Business Analyst

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Analyst/Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of our business efficiency. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing innovative business strategies and models, effectively communicating the benefits of these strategies to management, and generating monthly reports on business performance. Additionally, they will utilize these reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and maintain strong communication throughout the process.

· Possess prior experience working with freelance platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.

· Conduct thorough research, develop comprehensive plans, perform analysis, and present findings and technical reports to executive team members.

· Analyze existing business processes and propose recommendations for improvements.

· Monitor project progress by closely tracking activities, resolving issues, preparing progress reports, and providing actionable recommendations.

· Utilize a diverse range of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover valuable insights.

Skills/Experience:

· Extensive expertise in business requirement analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements.

· Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and functional teams, effectively communicate challenges and risks.

· Strong team player with a proactive learning attitude.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

· Familiarity with Figma and wireframing tools.

· Self-motivated and eager to acquire new product knowledge and tools in the business analysis field.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

· 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

· Proven track record as a successful Business Analyst.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining effective communication and leadership skills.

· Proficient in maintaining meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
