Position Overview
Looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to enhance pre-sales initiatives for the North American sales team.
This inside sales opportunity will use your skills as a product sales expert and turn this expertise into new business for Replicon, and with our clients being worldwide the majority of your communication will be through telephone and computer technology.
Sales Engineers are the primary technical resource for the field sales force.
You will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support USbased business development executives and in some cases lead requirement extraction, gathering, and documentation from clients
• Understand technical requirements, isolate and resolve the appropriate questions, and their desired result in a quick, effective, and efficient manner
• Work with technical architects and engineers to develop requirements into technical architectures with accurate estimations in a timely manner
• Work with technical architects to thoroughly understand requirements and apply the best candidates' technologies and frameworks to estimations and the proposed approaches
• Create a module estimation cataloging system to craft rapid estimations from commonly estimated modules and features
• Quickly and effectively research and understand new technologies and frameworks and their commercial value and application
Requirements
• BA in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years experience in Pre-Sales or Solutions Architect Role
• Fluent English
• Strong Written English
• Strong Mathematics
• Hard Development/Engineering Experience is a major plus
Basic Qualification:
Willing to work in the North-American shift timings
