Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Presales Engineer located in Jaipur. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, working closely with the sales team to develop and present presales solutions, integrating various systems, and ensuring security protocols are followed. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, understanding client requirements, proposing suitable technical solutions, and offering ongoing technical support to potential and existing clients.
Qualifications
• Technical Support and Security skills
• Experience in Presales and Sales
• Knowledge of system Integration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
