Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
Understand customer requirements and explain products/services
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status
Handle basic queries and build customer interest
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Eligibility Criteria
Min 3 months to 1 year experience in BPO
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of sales process
Comfortable with outbound calling
Good English is mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
