Attend incoming calls and make outgoing calls to inform and update
customers
Set monthly, weekly and daily call targets
Be responsible for attending at least 100% of the calls
Maintain quality of calls
Effectively capture and maintain data
Present data correctly and attend all customers on time and with
courtesy
Good communication skills. Should be proficient in Marathi, Hindi and
English (verbal & written)
Should be able to converse fluently on phone, understand customer
requirements and pitch appropriately
Should be follow processes, ensure systematic follow-up with the
customer to achieve time bound targets
Should be able to work with the team to achieve targets and should take
measures to address customer queries
Should represent the company in a positive light
Inform existing and potential customers about the brand activities through phone
calls, emails and SMS
