Presales Executive
- Experience: 1 year to 3 years
- Shift: Day shift
- Working Hours: + hours [+;45am to 6;45pm]
- Working Days: 6 days working
- Role: Work from Office
- Location: Andheri [E], Mumbai [Mumbai based candidates preferred]
Responsibilities:
1. Work Closely with Members and Help them to Onboard on Platform.
2. Efficiently close Query Raised by Platform members and help resolve and close them with positive results.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills as well as eloquent writing skills.
4. Good Experience with Ecommerce / Tele Sales / MS Office Skills.
5. Knows How to Operate Any Desk / Team Viewer and Such Portals at Advantage to Solve Hiccups.
6. Able to Give Demo of Various Modules of E-Commerce Platform and if Needed Take Any desk and help Members to Resolve and guide them with Solutions.
7. Keep Track and Maintain Reports of all the Customer Query and are closed as per Company Timelines.
