Job Description
Responsible for Pre- Sales to guide & support the clients in getting their desired properties through Tele-sales and coordinating with clients for site visits.
Responsibilities:
Call prospective lead that are generated by internal/external sources.
Outbound calling for Existing and upcoming Real Estate Projects.
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential properties for clients.
Ensure regular follow-up on leads with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
Maintain daily call details and customer information in the database
Appropriately communicate brand identity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be Fluent in English & Hindi,
2 years of work experience in Pre-sales/real estate domain is preferred
Candidates should have experience into outbound calling for Real Estate Projects.
Exceptional verbal communication, Listening and presentation skills.
Should be aware about Bangalore as a geography.
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
