Job Discription: SG Gurukul, a leading digital marketing company based in Indore, is seeking a proactive and experienced Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, and preparing proposals and presentations. Your role will be crucial in driving the sales process forward and ensuring that SG Gurukul's solutions effectively meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives, and assist in qualifying leads based on fit and feasibility. • Conduct research on prospective clients, industries, and market trends to gather relevant information for pre-sales activities. • Engage with potential clients via email, phone calls, and online communication channels to introduce Company's services and gauge interest. • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and sales collateral tailored to the needs and preferences of each client. • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to gather necessary information and resources for pre-sales activities. • Follow up with potential clients to answer questions, address concerns, and provide additional information as needed to move the sales process forward. Requirements: (We are seeking those applicants who are comfortable with our salary range) • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales support, or similar role in the digital marketing industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders effectively. • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to support pre-sales activities. • Proficiency in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales collateral using MS Office or similar tools. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
