Duties and Responsibilities
Ø Generate new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients.
Ø Develop relationships with potential and existing clients through cold calls, emails
Ø Create and deliver persuasive presentations, demonstrations, and product/service proposals.
Ø Provide consultative advice to customers on their purchasing decisions.
Ø Develop and maintain an accurate database of customer information.
Ø Monitor customer feedback and communicate customer concerns to the relevant departments.
Ø Follow up on sales inquiries, orders and customer feedback.
Ø Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Ø Stay up to date with product and service information.
Minimum Job Requirements
Ø Any Graduate withat least 2-3 years of experience directly related to the duties & responsibilities specified.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Ø Ability to work with a team.
Ø Good knowledge of computers and software applications.
Ø Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ø Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Ø Ability to analyze customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
