Job Description: Pre- Sales Executive.

Location: Noida

Primary Responsibilities:
• Engage with inbound leads over the phone & qualify them as prospective customers.
• Pitch relevant information to qualify the lead after conducting market studies
• Understand your customers’ needs and have empathy with their problems
• Pitch how our solutions align with their pain points by acting as a consultant
• Provide feedback of incoming leads to improve our lead quality.
• Close sales deals and achieve your monthly target.
• Manage follow-ups and customer satisfaction with urgency.

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in Inside sales/Pre-Sales.
• Rounded sales and service skills (Not a pure “cold caller”)
• Track record of knocking targets out of the park
• Friendly and engaging calling experience
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills
• Exceptional listening and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Willingness to go beyond the job description to meet business goals.

Preferred Qualification:
• Graduate (Preferably from Tier 2/Tier 2 Colleges)
