Toki Enterprises is a global distribution & trading organization involved in buying and selling of Automobile Components. Toki is a leading supplier to large wiring harness making companies.
A candidate needs to perform the activities below on a daily basis:
1. The candidate shall receive automotive components purchase requirements through Toki Sales Team. The requirements are provided by Toki’s new and existing customers.
2. He/she needs to arrange competitive quotes from Toki’s approved suppliers in India and Overseas countries.
3. He/she needs to support the sales team by providing the best available quotes.
4. He/she needs to negotiate with the suppliers for best terms.
5. He/she needs to execute the Purchase Requests in the Software and coordinate with the supplier till the safe receipt of the material.
6. He/she needs to meet sales and development targets together with the sales team.
7. He/she needs to keep developing new suppliers
