We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic female Presales Specialist with 6 months of experience in the real estate industry. As a Presales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional pre-sales support and expertise to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in driving revenue growth and closing deals by showcasing the unique value proposition of our real estate solutions. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective clients and understand their requirements, challenges, and pain points related to real estate solutions.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitors to position our solutions effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that align with client needs and showcase the value of our offerings.
Conduct product demonstrations, both in person and remotely, to highlight the key features and benefits of our real estate solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, addressing their specific requirements and concerns.
Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and RFIs (Request for Information).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to gather feedback and enhance the product offering based on market demands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in the real estate industry.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our real estate solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline).
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a presales or similar role within the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, including trends, regulations, and challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analyze data to develop impactful sales collateral.
Strong presentation skills and confidence in delivering engaging and persuasive presentations to potential clients.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
