Regarding the position:-
Pre-sales operations is an extended part of the marketing function that helps the business to grow by generating leads from suitable sources. It involves thorough knowledge of the products and services of the company.
Job responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for
.1 The pre sales operations person must be able to contact prospective customers on phone, email or through digital platforms and able to understand and interpret the exact requirements technically accurately. Thereafter, the lead shall be passed on to the sales team for closure.
3. Provide prelim level of technical inputs to customers during the course of lead generation.
4. Market research, competitor analysis, market segmentation in consultation with functional head as and when required.
5. Occasional site visits to understand the ET/STP layouts will be involved.
Skills and knowledge:- Good communication, clear technical concepts, flair for digital marketing will be added advantages.
