Casper Mobility is bringing Canada’s first electric flying vehicle to market—with early deployment targeted toward first responders, public agencies, and defense sectors. We’re hiring a Presales Sales Lead to identify and engage key institutional partners for our Founders Fleet program.
This is not traditional sales—this is high-trust, visionary outreach focused on mobility transformation, safety tech, and energy infrastructure adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Lead B2G and B2B outreach to fire, police, emergency services, and military contacts
Manage lead pipeline, proposals, and presale agreements (MOUs, LOIs)
Deliver tailored presentations on Casper’s aircraft, Smart Sky Grid, and Energy Nests
Support fleet customization discussions and estimate delivery timelines
Work closely with founders, compliance, and engineering to align messaging and feasibility
Build relationships with government and enterprise mobility partners across Canada

Ideal Candidate
Experience in enterprise or public-sector sales (aviation, EV, mobility, tech, or procurement)
Ability to translate complex products into clear, mission-driven proposals
Self-starter with strong verbal skills and a sharp sense of opportunity
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales funnels, and government contracting processes
Bonus: background in aviation, emergency services, or transportation infrastructure
