Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work with children? Do you have a passion for sports? Join us at USA Sport Group and help provide exceptional sports education to children! As a Preschool Sports Coach, you will engage with children aged 2 to 7, leading a variety of fun and interactive activities, including soccer, lacrosse, track & field, and t-ball. We are seeking individuals with a solid sports background and a positive, upbeat personality that inspires young minds. This position offers a unique opportunity to not only motivate the next generation of sports enthusiasts but also to grow as a coach or educator!

Summer Season Opportunities and Beyond:

The Summer season lasts for about 5 weeks, starting in late-July and running through late-August. Candidates are ideally available for the entire season, with camps typically taking place Monday to Friday from 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM. We provide comprehensive curriculums, all necessary equipment, fantastic rates of pay, and paid training before you begin. Ongoing employment opportunities are available beyond the Summer season with the Fall Season beginning in mid-September.

You will be required to attend a Virtual Introductory Hiring Presentation where you can learn more about USA Sport Group and the coaching opportunities available, from the comfort of your own home! At the conclusion of the presentation, we will outline the next steps in our recruitment process.

Does this sound like you?

Previous teaching and/or coaching experience (preferred)

A fun and bubbly personality to keep the children engaged

Ability to relate and communicate with children, parents, and co-workers

Enthusiasm about sports & teaching basic skills to beginners

Desire to learn and improve as an educator or coach

The ideal candidate SHOULD meet the following criteria:

Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle to transport equipment
