Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities
Teach basic concepts such as letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and early literacy
Foster social, emotional, and behavioral skills through play-based learning
Create a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
Observe and document children’s progress and behaviors
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
Support children with special needs or learning challenges
Manage classroom routines (meals, rest time, hygiene, outdoor play)
Encourage creativity through art, music, storytelling, and sensory activities
Follow school policies, safety standards, and child-protection guidelines

Job Requirements
Education & Certification
High school diploma plus Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification
or
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills
Strong art and craft mindset
Patience, empathy, and a love for working with young children
Creativity and ability to plan engaging activities
Classroom management and behavior-guidance skills
Understanding of early childhood development
Ability to work as part of a team
Organizational and time-management skills
Experience
Previous childcare or teaching experience is often preferred
Student teaching, daycare experience, or volunteer work with children can also qualify

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
