Job: Preschool Teacher
Location: Chicago, IL, USA
Pay: Starting at 15$/ Hour
Duties:
● Work with the children from 6 months to 6 years of age.
● Diaper changes and toilet training kids might be needed based on the age group.(All preschool teachers in USA perform these functions).
● Work under the supervision of other female teachers. (females teachers preferred)
● Develop and implement the curriculum.
● Support creativity and learning.
● Provide supervision during activities.
● Select age-appropriate developmental materials for the classroom.
● Keep the classroom neat and organized.
● Provide parents with progress reports.
● File incident reports as needed.
● Should attend two early childhood development courses at a college in Chicago.
(Scholarship will be provided based on the need and merit).
● Should be able to accommodate flexible schedules.
Visa: School Will Sponsor H1B-Visa
● The initial term of the visa will be 2 years and maybe extended to additional 3 years to a total of 5 years.
● The school will reimburse part of the visa application costs.
Qualifications:
● Must have B.Ed. Degree.
● At least 2 years experience working as a teacher in past 4 years.
● Excellent communication skills in spoken English, we expect you to speak slowly and clearly using
proper grammar.
● Ability to understand and converse in American English.
● Ability to speak and understand one native language.
● Preferred: Prior experience with dealing with kids of small age.

● Sponsor schools will help new teachers accommodate and settle in Chicago.
● Additional training will be provided on the job.
