Noosa Pengari Steiner School first opened its doors in 1996 and has now established itself as a strong independent school offering a Steiner/Waldorf Education for students from Kinder to Class 12. We currently cater for 350 students from 200 families and continue to grow and develop. Our approach to education is holistic and dynamic, recognising the intellectual, creative, and spiritual development of each child. The preschool fosters a nurturing and inclusive community, where students, educators, staff, and parents are valued as unique individuals.
Position Overview
For this temporary fixed term role of Preschool Teacher, this vital role is important to the development of a child during the foundation years. This role will create a warm, nurturing intentional learning environment that is grounded in the principles of Steiner Education and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines in alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). With a focus on creativity, care and contribution to planning, child observations and provide individual experiences that honour the individuality of each child. Through respectful relationships and a deep connection, this role will support a preschool community where children and families feel seen, supported and inspired.
