Job Overview
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join our early childhood education team.

Responsibilities
implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards and promotes early childhood development.
Plan and execute daily lesson plans incorporating literacy education, math, physical education, and other core subjects.
Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children aged 2-5 years.
Monitor and assess each child's progress through observation, documentation, and standardized testing when applicable.
Support children with special needs through early intervention strategies and individualized attention.
Foster positive behavior management techniques to encourage cooperation and social skills among students.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child's welfare and developmental goals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, Montessori methods, or other specialized areas such as toddler care or special education.
Requirements
Prior experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and classroom management techniques.
Experience with lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and physical education is preferred.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members.
Ability to create a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and supports diverse learning needs.
