Preschool Teachers (Playgroup & Nursery)
We are seeking a full-time preschool teacher to join our Little Elly preschool and provide a nurturing and educational environment for children aged 2 years to 4 years. The ideal candidate should possess a Montessori training degree and demonstrate a passion for working with young children.
Responsibilities:
Create a safe and engaging learning environment for children in the designated age group.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, activities, and curriculum based on Little Elly principles.
Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities.
Provide individualized attention and support to each child, catering to their unique needs and abilities.
Encourage creativity, curiosity, and independent thinking among the children.
Promote positive behavior and teach appropriate social skills.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and cohesive learning environment.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of relevant teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
Montessori training degree or certification is required.
Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, kindness, and a genuine love for working with young children.
