Join our IIA Pricing Team as a Pricing Analyst, where youll play a key role in a major transformation program modernising our pricing systems and infrastructure. You will be supporting the Pricing team in rate setting, analysis, and the implementation of pricing enhancements, helping to ensure our pricing remains competitive, accurate, and aligned with IAGs strategic objectives. Your work will directly contribute to delivering sustainable outcomes and value for our customers.
Were offering a 2-year Fixed Term opportunity located in Sydney (Gadigal Country) or Melbourne (Naarm).
What You'll Do
Pricing Analysis to enable new to market rates
Assist with conducting the implementation, testing and support of pricing changes
Design, build, implement, maintain and monitor technical pricing models
Lead technical innovations
Contribute to implanting strategic and innovative go-to-market pricing initiatives
Provide guidance to other analysts
What You'll Bring
Experience in a similar Pricing Analyst Role or a Graduate with a relevant Tertiary Qualification in Actuarial, Mathematics or Statistics
Understanding of data
Strong Excel skills
Coding and Analytical Skills
Experience using R or Python
Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Strong communication skills
