What would you do?
Provide analytical and financial support for small new Consulting and Outsourcing arrangements and extensions. Develop Costing and Pricing Model in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture Policy and Commercial Standards. Advise leadership on critical deal pricing considerations. Responsible for the financial buildup of new opportunities and extensions including:
• Identifying costs and performing the cost buildup for an individual opportunity,
• Applying the agreed upon pricing methodologies.
• Ensuring GAAP revenue recognition is US GAAP and Accenture Policies are reflected accurately within the financial models. Crucial Function/Responsibilities: Ø Understanding a pricing model and its metrics Ø Working as a team Ø Working with global partners Ø Opportunity Pricing & Rate Card data to a high standard Ø Streamlining/improving processes Ø Advises Sales & Account Teams on pricing tools and concepts Ø Review pricing models for completeness In this role you will develop, implement strategies and tactics that enable deal teams to maximize profitability with market-based pricing and commercial structures. Work closely with Sales and Account Leadership, Solution Architects, CDTS to establish a competitive, profitable win price. Develop competitive price range analysis for deals above $15m to test our market competitiveness. Lead, assist teams with procurement negotiations by proper negotiation strategies and defending Accenture pricing against Third Party Advisor benchmarks.
What are we looking for?
Functional proficiencies Eg. Cost Reporting; General accounting MS Office ; SAP; Oracle Basic Accounting Should know the basics of accounting and accounting terms MS Office Should have basic computer knowledge Should be comfortable in typing, speed is not the criteria, but should know how to use key-board optimally. 1.5 yrs of relevant experience. Expected to have strong financial conceptual knowledge, effective interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills and be proficient in desktop productivity tools including, Outlook and Excel. Completion of an undergraduate degree in General Commerce and experience in contract administration, knowledge of commercial terms and conditions is helpful; Must be proficient in desktop productivity tools including, Outlook and Excel; Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.
