We are looking for a full-time, permanent Pricing Specialist EMEA (m/f/d) based in the area of Warsaw, Poland to start as soon as possible.
What You’ll Work On
• Streamline and maintain efficient pricing and acquisition workflows to support Penumbra’s innovative products.
• Ensure pricing aligns with market conditions, company strategy, and regulatory requirements while balancing profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate pricing and discount information for hospital purchasers, fostering trust and transparency.
• Oversee and organize pricing files, ensuring they remain accurate, up-to-date, and easy to access for improved operational efficiency.
• Address pricing inquiries and resolve order discrepancies promptly, delivering exceptional customer support.
What You Contribute
• Bachelor’s degree with experience as pricing specialist or related experience.
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously.
• Experience with financial systems such as: ERP/SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, with proficient knowledge in Excel required.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
