RINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow up with Customer for Daily Requirement
Share requirement with Asst. Manager CS
After getting plan place vehicles at Management approved Rates.
In case any issues discuss with Asst. Manager CS to communicate this to management.
Share Vehicle details in traffic group for OPS persons to make follow up.
Cross check with OPS & Transporter in case any issues please resolve the same ASAP.
All third parties POD collection
POD must be collected within 3 days after completing the trip.
Share advance request with Asst. Manager & get his approval.
After approval please process for advance.
Ad hoc activities
