This is a permanent full time position
Are you an experienced dietitian looking to demonstrate your skills in an established primary care role? We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic dietitian to join our innovative and highly skilled community team. This is an opportunity to develop your career in primary care across a range of clinical specialties.
Managing your own clinical caseload, you will see patients at outpatient clinics, in care homes and in patient’s own homes, in groups and also offer virtual consultations (telephone and video) where appropriate.
You will be joining our experienced and supportive team of 15 primary care dietitians. You will be able to participate in the peer support sessions and 1:1 supervision to facilitate clinical excellence and personal development. We actively participate in clinical audit, student training and clinical service developments.
Whilst this position is full time, we would consider applicants who wish to job share or work reduced hours in this role.
The successful candidate will have experience of providing dietetic care for patients with a range of clinical conditions and will be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for working in a diverse Primary Care setting. Communicating evidence-based personalised dietetic advice in an engaging style will be a key component of this position.
