Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the Primary National Curriculum
• Differentiate learning to meet the diverse needs of pupils, including those with SEND and EAL
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning, progress, and high standards of behaviour
• Assess and track pupil progress to inform next steps and support targeted interventions
• Collaborate with teaching staff, support assistants, and senior leaders to deliver high-quality education
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support holistic development
Key Skills and Attributes
Premier Education are looking for teachers who demonstrate:
• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
• Strong classroom management with a nurturing yet structured approach
• Ability to deliver lessons that are engaging, inclusive, and responsive
