ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage and implement the day to day academic duties as assigned by the school
· Strongly support the Coordinator to effectively implement high quality standards of the Curriculum
· Effectively coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth functioning of classroom Teaching & Learning
· Communicate with parents to ascertain academic / non- academic performance of students
· Read and understand the DRM, ensure clarifications of doubts prior to implementation.
· Be vigilant regarding the need and growth, of each child and update the Coordinator regarding the same.
· Develop curricula components that contain accurate and up to date content knowledge and exhibit sequential learning experiences, making strong links between intended learning outcomes and assessment.
· Design learning experiences that cater extensively to students’ needs, interests, learning styles and abilities applying up to date content knowledge.
· Demonstrating creativity when planning integrated units of work across learning areas as appropriate.
· Design teaching aids and resources wherever appropriate.
· Review and update subject curriculum based on feedback received.
· Display a high level of initiative and independence in tasks related to curriculum development and team development
· Design lesson plans and assessments that reflect a deep understanding of the content, an appreciation for the level of instruction that is appropriate for students, and an awareness of available resources.
· Submit teaching plans and documentation within required timeframes and guidelines.
· Implementation of special needs guidelines sent by KKEL
· Maintain order in the School, and expected to display the highest standards of respectful and responsible behaviour. Uphold high standards when they help students work to their full potential and develop their self - worth.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
