Partner to join their Financial Services practice in India. This is a unique leadership opportunity to shape and grow a high-impact practice area at the forefront of industry transformation.As Principal, you will lead strategic engagements with top-tier banking clients, drive business development, and act as a thought leader in shaping their presence in the Indian financial services market. You’ll bring a deep understanding of the banking ecosystem—retail, commercial, payments, risk, digital, or regulatory—and a strong network of industry relationships.Key Responsibilities Build and expand theFinancial Services practice in India , with a primary focus onbanking clients . Lead high-impactstrategy consulting engagements, delivering actionable, data-driven insights and transformative solutions. Drivebusiness developmentby identifying growth opportunities, leading proposal efforts, and strengthening client relationships. Bring domain expertise acrossretail and commercial banking, digital transformation, risk management, payments , andregulatory change . Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and innovations in banking and financial services. Mentor internal teams, contributing to capability-building and domain upskilling.Qualifications MUST HAVE 10+ yearsof experience inSTRATEGY consulting , within banking, or financial services with a strong focus onstrategy in the banking sector . Proven track record of leading large-scale consulting engagements and delivering results for banking clients. Demonstrated ability to build and sustain C-level relationships and drive business development. MBA from a Tier-1 business school(IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.) is preferred.Why Join Us?
