In this context, we are looking for a dynamic leader for the role of Principal Architect - Digital Smart Manufacturing.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Define and execute business unit’s digital strategy & alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and collaborate with Leadership team of Business Units / Functions for creating a digital impact within the business.
• Take complete accountability of delivering a digital program with measurable benefits in terms of volume/cost.
• Evaluate technology, solution & implementation approach to execute a program/use-case
• Draft scope of work with business team, provide inputs on technology, platform, hosting, cyber-security.
• Work with internal stakeholders and partner to define & execute a digital use-case/program
• Work with end-users to ensure adoption and benefit accrual from the digital use-case/program.
Job Skills & Qualifications
• Engineering/MBA graduate with 12 - 15 years of experience delivering Digital & IT transformation project in Oil and Gas domain.
• PMP desirable
• Understanding of IT/OT landscape, their integration, communication protocols and related cyber security principles
• Understanding of Petroleum Engg. workflows along with Petro-technical apps/ solutions
• Experience of working/delivering cloud technologies such as (Azure, Power BI, ML) based programs.
• Experience in delivering projects in Agile Methodology and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with CXO level stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset and “can do” attitude to get the digital programs delivered from concept to implementation working in collaboration with the Internal business team, leadership, and partner. The candidate will be responsible for getting the value created for the organization through tangible benefits in terms of volume/cost.
