Role Description :
ACP team is a globally positioned organization, working with vendor partners to support Global Infrastructure services. We work closely with DB Support teams to ensure infrastructure uptime and service delivery meets their expectations.
The purpose of this position is to provide skilled technical and information security expertise for implementation of the information security risk & compliance management program across ACP in scope vendor partners. Responsibilities require the expertise to ensure effective system-wide security analysis, risk assessment, vendor compliance to Deutsche Banks policies, standards and guidelines.

Your key responsibilities :
• Conduct thorough security assessments of existing vendors such as Google, DXC and Kyndryl
• Monitor and manage vendor compliance with security policies and standards and related contractual SLAs
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors.
• Maintain a vendor risk register and track remediation efforts.
• Provide guidance and support to vendors on improving their security posture.
• Stay informed about the latest security threats and trends affecting third-party services.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of vendor security practices.
• Report on vendor security performance to senior management.
• Actively partner with the delivery, Tech operations and infrastructure teams to deliver operational excellence
• Internally assess, evaluate, and make recommendations to management regarding the adequacy of the security controls for the Company's information and technology systems
• Present assessment results and options to the DB stakeholder and discuss steps for resolution
• Support the Audits/resolution as it relates to issues that address information security in their areas’ processes and projects.
Your skills and experience :
• Proven experience in information security, vendor management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
• Experience with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, or CISA are preferred
• Analytical skills to evaluate risks and control processes
• Strong communication skills both verbal (incl. presentation skills) or written and ability to deal with people at all levels in a global matrix organization
• :12-15 years experience in IT Infrastrute support and service deliver.
• At least :5 years of experience in information security
• A minimum of 4 to 6 years in a leadership role within information security

Role Description
A Principal Change Analyst within the Change & Transformation team plays a significant role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time. This person will focus on business processes changes, systems and technology. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize in achieving organisation goals and minimize resistance. The principal change analyst will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, implement within timelines set and proficiency with the changes that impact process. About Client Data Management (CDM)
Client Data Management (CDM) function comprises of Client Data team. The group provides operational services across the Global Markets and Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) clients globally, which enable client business, regulatory and tax compliance, protect against client lifecycle risk and drive up data standards within the firm. The CDM function is focused on driving compliance within operations. The primary focus of this Client data; which has a significant impact on how we perform on-boarding and KYC of our customers, maintenance of client accounts and downstream operations.
About The Team
The Client Data Change & Transformation team supports the Client Data maintenance team for change management and delivering transformation related initiatives. You will be the interface between senior stakeholders, RTB SMEs, IT developers and analytics team to analyse & implement system changes, monitor the JIRA/Incident management and implement transformation initiatives. You will be part of the team that specializes in providing solutions to complex process/applications problems of the division and help extract business intelligence.
Our CDM Change & Transformation team are working with cutting-edge technology to transform the way that we work. You’ll be working on innovative projects involving transformation techniques.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Works with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyse problems, and capture their requirements
• Front to Back process mapping and identify pain points and propose solutions (Operational & Systemic)
• Possess a working knowledge of the business and/or technical domain in reference data
• Conduct review, analysis and support for Front to back testing
• Acts as the product(s) subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions
• Leads or participate in continuous improvement efforts; Building expertise in creating, analysing, and improving processes
• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
• Effective implementation of all the projects assigned and take complete ownership of the deliverables.
• Support communication efforts. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Working with RTB SMEs and technology resource to design systematic change
• Track and report issues
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Support change management at the organizational level
Your Skills And Experience
• 10+ years of a track record in BA+PM, DATA ANALYSIS, PROCESS MAPPING, PROJECT MILESTONE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
• Good Knowledge of Python, Alteryx & Tableau (Good to have not mandatory)
• Candidates preferred from banking domain first preference will be for KYC & reference data
• Ability to work with Master Data Management tools, DQ tools and SQL(Good to have not mandatory)
• Relevant experience in Change Management, Data Analysis and driving large transformation projects
• A proven, considerable level of analytical, problem solving and resource planning skills
• Experience in Data Management, Business Analysis and Financial Services
• Strong and well-developed relationship / stakeholder management skills
• Basic knowledge and awareness of (related) business solutions in the marketplace
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methods and tools
• Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members
• Demonstration of excellent communication skills, influencing and presentation skills, experience in managing Client relationships to drive change
• Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master certification, Six Sigma, Process Engineering – Good to have
