Required Education: B. Ed degree

Previous experience as a principal or in a similar roleKnowledge of school administrative processes and national educational regulationsHands-on experience with MS Office and education management systemsAttention to detailGreat presentation and communication skillsCrisis managementAbility to coach and inspireA teaching license (or any equivalence )Degree in Education (or any equivalence); Master’s degree is a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise teachers and education staff and keep track of student performance. To ensure that school facilities remain safe for students and faculty and plan regular maintenance of school grounds and equipment. To research and acquire new materials and resources to improve the experience of both students and teachers. Setting performance objectives for students and teachers. Implementing and monitoring school policies and safety protocols. Overviewing administrative tasks (e.g. updating employee records)
Oversee day-to-day school operationsManage school logistics and budgetsSet learning goals for students and teachers based on national curriculaMonitor and report on teacher performancePresent data from school performance to board membersResearch new resources and techniques to improve teachingInterview and hire school personnelReview and implement school policiesProvide guidance and counseling to teachersHandle emergencies and school crisesOrganize school events and assembliesEnsure a safe and clean environment for students (e.g. implementing hygiene rules)Attend conferences to gain knowledge on current educational trends
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Semmanchery, Chennai - 60011+, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
