Description

Mandatory: Must have worked with Top tier Law Firm.

- More than 8 years of experience in corporate and transactional legal matters including at least 4-5 years of experience with leading Law Firms in India, in their general corporate-commercial, M&A, PE and transactions practice.

- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including software and hardware contracts, market ing contracts, sales and distribution contracts, operational contracts, engineering contracts, supplier/vendor contracts, and service agreements.

- Draft and review contracts such as vendor contracts, licensing agreements, employment contracts, and non-disclosure agreements

- Advise on legal risks and implications of any transaction and recommend appropriate strategies to mitigate them

- Review legal documents, identify potential risks and liabilities, and provide recommendations based on the findings

- Participate in transactional negotiations with external parties, such as clients, vendors, or business partners

- Prepare and draft transactional documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions
