• We need individuals with strong expertise in designing and developing Enterprise Data Platforms.
• Please focus on candidates who have substantial hands-on experience beyond just architectural skills, rather than being guided solely by the term "Data Engineer."
Questions to ask each candidate as part of the initial screening call:
1. Do you have experience designing Enterprise Data Systems in a cloud environment? Please provide a brief overview.
2. Are you still hands-on with your work? If so, can you provide some details?
3. Have you led or mentored a team to deliver results? If yes, please share some details.
4. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience with one of the following:
AWS: Redshift, S3, Data Pipeline, Glue, EMR, Athena + Python and SQL OR
Azure: Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake Storage + Python and SQL OR
GCP: Google Cloud, specifically around Google Big Query, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Dataform, Dataflow and Dataproc + Python and SQL.
5.Candidates should be extremely strong in Python and SQL as well
