The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with 5-10 years of experience in managing residential and commercial projects using Revit. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality design portfolios in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring adherence to manpower budgets, and growing professionally while facilitating the growth of their reporting team.
Main Responsibilities:
• To deliver highest quality design & drawing portfolio in a timely & efficient manner.
• Ownership of Statutory drawings (for Mumbai and Mumbai Region projects).
• To ensure adherence to manpower budgets for each activity in projects being handled.
• To grow professionally and facilitate professional growth and development of the reporting team.
• To provide timely and complete design solutions to clients, engendering high levels of satisfaction.
